Woofbox is a monthly (or one‑off) dog box filled with hand‑picked toys and treats delivered straight to your door. Each box is designed to surprise and spoil your dog with fun, enrichment and tasty rewards.
Subscription boxes include a changing mix of toys and treats chosen for ongoing monthly fun, while our one‑off gift boxes are themed for specific occasions (like birthdays or new puppies) with contents tailored to that theme.
Subscription boxes include free UK delivery, while one‑off gift boxes have a small delivery charge, and you can choose between RM Tracked 24 or RM 48 at checkout.
Subscriptions ship on 14th of each month; one‑off gifts are dispatched within 2 working days and usually arrive in 1-3 working days depending on the delivery option you choose.
For subscriptions, you can cancel at any time, but payments and deliveries will continue until the end of your current subscription period; refunds are not usually given for the remaining term, but may be offered at our discretion if you email us with your reason for cancelling. For one‑off gift boxes, orders can’t be cancelled or returned once shipped, but if anything arrives damaged or defective, please email woof@woof-box.co.uk within 7 days and we’ll work to put it right.
We source all treats and chews exclusively from the UK or EU and never include rawhide or food made far away. On most orders, you can tell us about any allergies or sensitivities and we’ll tailor the box to your dog’s needs. Please still check ingredients list to be sure. (Read all FAQ’s)
What’s an Eager Beagle Box? – It’s an Extra Box Sent Out Today!
Your subscription payment will be taken on the 7th of every month (with boxes shipped on the 14th), so depending on when in the month you subscribe, it may be some time before you get your first box.
e.g. If ordering on the 8th (just after the cut off date) you won’t actually be charged until the 7th of the following month, and your first box won’t be shipped until the 14th , meaning roughly a five week wait!
Too long?!? – Order a special ‘Eager Beagle’ box that will be sent out today to tide you over until your first official month’s box is shipped.
