What’s an Eager Beagle Box? – It’s an Extra Box Sent Out Today!
All subscription payments are made on the 7th of every month (with boxes shipped on the 14th), so depending on when you subscribe, it may be some time before you get your first box.
e.g. If ordering on the 8th (just after the cut off date) you won’t be charged until the 7th of the following month, and your first box won’t be shipped until the 14th , meaning roughly a five week wait!
Too long?!? – Order a special ‘Eager Beagle’ box that will be sent out today to tide you over until your first official month’s box is shipped.
Think of it like simply adding one more month to your subscription!

Your dog will receive the fun stuff – toys to play with and treats to snack on! We hand pick and pack 4 foodie items and 2 exciting toys into your Woofbox, based on your dog’s preferences, and send it off with an absolute TON of love!
It’s really important to us that your dog receives the good stuff! Our commitment is to source all of our treats and chews exclusively from the UK or the EU, ensuring their origin and quality. We never include rawhide, or any food items made a million miles away!
If you’re subscribing on or before 7th of the month, your first box will be included in the monthly mail out on the 14th. However, if you subscribe soon after this date, your first box will be included in the FOLLOWING month’s mail out.
For example:
If you subscribe between 8th October and 7th November, your first subscription payment will be taken on 7th November and your first box will be posted out to you on 14th November. If you subscribe between 8th November and 7th December, your first subscription payment will be taken on 7th December and your first box will be posted out to you on 14th December.
If your first box is a few weeks away and your dog doesn’t want to wait that long, add our Eager Beagle box to your order and we’ll get that out to you straight away!
Depending on which Subscription Plan you are on will depend on when it will renew. If you are on our Month to Month plan, it will renew every month. If you are on our 4 Month or 12 Month Plan, your subscription will renew every 4 months, or every 12 months. All our subscription plans are auto-renewing, meaning that they will automatically renew at the end of the subscription term unless you cancel.
Your first Subscription payment will be taken on the ‘7th’ that follows the date you sign up. All our Subscription Plans are on a paid monthly basis, so a payment will be taken every month, no matter which plan you are on.
We post all monthly subscription boxes on or around 14th of each month using Royal Mail 48.
We’ll be sorry to see you go, but we’ll be happy to help! You can cancel your subscription via your “My Account” page or by emailing us at woof@woof-box.co.uk. If you are on our 4 Month or 12 Month Plan, please be aware that even after you cancel your subscription, you will still receive boxes and pay each month until the end of the subscription term that you’re signed up for.
