How do I get my free box?

If you have referred a friend to our Tell-A-Friend offer and they have used the correct code, they will have told us your name when signing up.

Once they’ve completed their first 4 months with Woofbox, you will get your next Woofbox completely free! This will be done as a full refund within 14 days of that month’s payment.

There is no limit to how many people you can successfully refer, meaning the more friends you tell, the more free boxes you get!

How the eager beagle box works...

What’s an Eager Beagle Box? – It’s an Extra Box Sent Out Today!

Your subscription payment will be taken on the 7th of every month (with boxes shipped on the 14th), so depending on when in the month you subscribe, it may be some time before you get your first box. 

e.g. If ordering on the 8th (just after the cut off date) you won’t actually be charged until the 7th of the following month, and your first box won’t be shipped until the 14th , meaning roughly a five week wait!

Too long?!? – Order a special ‘Eager Beagle’ box that will be sent out today to tide you over until your first official month’s box is shipped.
